القصة الأولى: العملاق الأناني

كان هناك مجموعة من الأطفال يلعبون في الحديقة كل يوم بعد المدرسة كانت الحديقة ملك لعملاق، وفي أحد الأيام رجع العملاق إلى المنزل بعد أن سافر لصديقه المقرب “غول كورنيش” وقد دامت هذه الزيارة حوالي سبع سنوات، وبعد عودته حاول العملاق أن يعثر على الأطفال الذين يتعدون على حديقته حتى وجدهم وطاردهم وشرع ببناء جدار من حول حديقته.

وحين بدأ فصل الربيع، بدأت الورود في الازدهار في كل مكان تقريبًا إلا في حديقة العملاق، حيث بقيت بفصل الشتاء، وكانت تزهر زهرة واحدة فقط ولكنها كانت تذبل حين يطرد العملاق الأطفال من الحديقة، وفي صباح أحد الأيام، كان يستمع العملاق إلى الموسيقى وكان يغني من خارج نافذته، وقد صدم فجأة حين اكتشف أن طقس الربيع قد حل أخيرًا في حديقته، فياترى ما هو السبب، وكان أن تسلل بعض الأطفال من خلال ثقب في داخل جدار السور وكانوا يلعبون في حديقته.


فرأى العملاق طفلًا صغيرًا يبكي لأنه لم يستطع الصعود على شجرة الحديقة التي كانت في الزاوية من الحديقة لا تزال مغطاة بالثلوج، فتأثر العملاق وأدرك كم كان أنانيًا فقام بأدخال الأطفال للحديقة حتى يذهب الشتاء، ثم رفع الصبي الصغير الباكي ووضعه فوق الشجرة ثم أخبر الأطفال أن الحديقة ملكهم من الآن فيعود الأطفال للعب وترجع الحديقة إلى الربيع مرة أخرى ويرجع الأطفال وإذ بالصبي الباكي قد اختفى.

وتمر السنين ثم يكبر العملاق بالعمر وهو يشاهد الأطفال يلعبون بالحدبقة وهو جالساً على كرسيه، وفي أحد الأيام رأى نفس الصبي الصغير تحت نفس الشجرة التي رجعت إلى لونها الأبيض والجميل، قيقترب العملاق ويرى الصبي إذا به جروح في كل من يديه وقدميه، فيسأل الفتى من الذي جرحه حتى يقوم العملاق بالانتقام منه، فيرد الطفل عليه هذه هي جروح الحب، وكما سمح له العملاق باللعب في حديقته فسيأخذ الصبي العملاق إلى حديقته الخاصة في الجنة، فقد كان الطفل هو روح بريئة قد أتت لأن عمر العملاق قد أنتهى، وقد وجد الأطفال العملاق ميتًا تحت الشجرة، مغطى بأزهار ملونة وجميلة. الهدف من القصة أن السعادة تأتي عن طريق الحب الحقيقي ونكران الذات.”[1]

الترجمة:

There was a group of children playing in the garden every day after school. The garden belonged to the giant, and one day the giant came home after he went to his close friend “Gol Corniche”, and this visit lasted about seven years, after his return, the giant tried to find the children who exceeded on his property until he found them, chased after them, and proceeded to build a wall around his garden

And when spring began, roses began to bloom almost everywhere except in the giant’s backyard, where he lingered in the winter, and only one flower blossomed but withered all over again into the ground when the sign over the entrance read, and one morning, he was The Giant was listening to music and was singing from outside his window, and was suddenly shocked to discover that spring weather had finally arrived in his garden, and he wondered why, some children had slipped through a hole in the wall of the fence and were playing in his garden

Then he sees a little boy crying just because he couldn’t reach the shortest branches in the garden, this corner of the garden was still covered with snow, the giant was moved and realized how selfish he was, then he enters the garden and the children run away and winter returns, but he raises the crying little boy and puts him on the tree and then tells the children The garden is theirs from now on, so the children return to play, and the garden returns to spring again, and the children return, and the crying boy has disappeared

The years pass, and then the giant grows old, watching the children play with gadfly while sitting on his chair, and one day he saw the same little boy under the same tree that had returned to its white and beautiful color. Wound him so that the giant will take revenge on him, and the child will respond to him These are the wounds of love, and as the giant has allowed him to play in his garden, he will take the giant boy to his own garden in heaven, the child was an innocent soul that has come because the life of the giant is over, the giant children are found dead Under the tree, covered with colorful and beautiful flowers. The point of the story is that happiness comes from true love and selflessness

القصة الثانية: الدب الأحمق

ذات يوم شعر دب بالجوع، فخرج من بيته ليبحث عن طعام، وذهب الدب إلى النهر ليصطاد بعض من الأسماك، فوقف بجوار النهر ورأى الكثير من السمك ليأكله، وانقض على أحد الاسماك ثم امسكها، ولكن بعد هذا قال الدب، أن هذه سمكة صغيرة جدًا لتشبعني، يجب أن أصطاد سمكة أكبر، ومن بعدها ترك السمكة الصغيرة ثم انتظر لبعض الوقت، ثم أتت سمكة صغيرة أخرى فتركها تذهب لأنها في رأيه صغيرة لن تملأ بطنه، وقد اصطاد الكثير من الأسماك الصغيرة، لكن تركهم جميعًا، مع حلول غروب الشمس، لم يكن الدب قد اصطاد أي سمكة كبيرة الحجم، وقد شرع يشعر بالتعب، وفي النهاية ظل خاليًا جائعاً ومتعباً، فقال في نفسه أن الأسماك الصغيرة كانت يمكن أن تملأ بطني، ولكن قد فات الآوان، وظل جائعًا في ذلك اليوم لأنه شخص طماع ولم يرضى بما رزقه الله.[2]

الترجمة:

One day a bear felt hungry, so he went out of his house to look for food, and the bear went to the river to catch some fish, and he stood by the river and saw a lot of fish to eat, and pounced on one of the fish and then caught it, but after this the bear said, that this is too small a fish to eat me I have to catch a bigger fish, and then he left the small fish and waited for some time, then another small fish came and he let it go because he thought it was small and would not fill his stomach, and he caught a lot of small fish, but he left them all, with sunset, he was not The bear had caught any big fish, and he was starting to feel tired, and in the end he remained empty, hungry and tired, and he said to himself that small fish could have filled my stomach, but it was too late, and he remained hungry that day because he was a greedy person and was not satisfied with what God gave him

القصة الثالثة: الصياد والحمام

في أحد الأيام قد وضع صياد شبكة لصيد الطيور ووضع الحبوب داخل الشبكة، وبعد مرور بعض الايام، أتت مجموعة من الحمام وبدأوا في أكل الحبوب ولم يغلق الصياد الشبكة عليهم، وبعد بضعة ساعات بدأوا يشعرون بالاحباط، فطلب منهم قائدهم أن يطيروا سوياً في السماء، فقاموا بحمل الشبكة بعيدًا، فجرى الصياد وراءهم لكنهم طاروا بعيدًا ليقعوا بحفرة فأر صديقهم فقطع الفأر الشبكة وطلق سراح الحمام، مغذى القصة أن التراخي في العمل والتأخير هو ما يفقدك الفرص.[3]

الترجمة:

One day a hunter had put a net to catch birds and put the grain inside the net, and after some days, a group of pigeons came and began to eat the grain and the hunter did not close the net on them, and after a few hours they started feeling frustrated, so their leader asked them to fly together in the sky, so they rose Carrying the net away, the hunter ran after them but they flew away to fall into their friend’s mouse hole and the mouse cut the net and released the pigeons, and the point is that slackening in work and delay is what misses you opportunities
